Summary: The following article discusses how for both business and their customers, the responsible and ethical use of big data is in both parties interest. Society deserves to have their data and privacy be respected. More importantly, they should be made aware of how data is being used on them so they are not being manipulated unknowingly. On the other side, businesses should value ethical practices and transparency because without it, customer will quickly lose trust and interest in your services.
