Summary: The following article discusses how protecting intellectual property (IP) is a major concern for today’s organizations, because a leakage that compromises IP means sensitive information of a company is in the hands of biggest competitors. An email protection system (EPS) that will protect information to leave organization via mail is necessary to keep data from being compromised. In this paper, an algorithm is developed that will offer email protection via gateway during data transfer.
