Summary: The following resource provides a set of ethical guidelines for INFORMS members in reference to society, their organizations, and the profession as a whole. They recognize that data professionals aspire to improve society, where they work, and the field, yet aligning behavior with a particular set of virtues such as honesty, accountability, rigor in our work, cooperative, vigilance, etc. should be prioritized. As a tool for teams, this document is a great starting point for data ethics discussion for teams to identify which subset of core principles they will collectively hold each other accountable for.
